Eelco de Jongh has been practising law for 25 years and has a civil law proceedings practice. He is experienced in landlord-tenant law (commercial, office and living space), property law and contract law.
His added value lies in proposing practical solutions, also for complex legal disputes.
In doing so, he carefully weighs the effort, costs and result.
Eelco works for clients such as real estate developers and a large number of SME clients, but also for Owners’ Associations and private individuals. He regularly conducts legal proceedings on their behalf, for instance in connection with non-performance and wrongful acts, dissolution of (purchase) agreements, liability and disputes regarding rent (rent arrears, nuisance, rental price changes). Eelco is strong in procedural law. He knows a lot about attachment law.
Besides having exceptionally good judgement and a keen insight, he is very people-oriented and involved.
Eelco completed a post-master specialist programme on Property Law (Grotius, 2007).
