Esther Grootscholten

Lawyer – Esther mainly practices real estate law. Within this discipline she specializes in tenancy law, among other areas. Before Esther joined FDJ Advocaten, she worked for a medium-sized law firm in Naaldwijk/The Hague. Previously, she has also worked for a law firm in Rotterdam as a paralegal. Esther has done multiple internships during her studies, both with the government and the legal profession.

 

In 2018, Esther successfully graduated from Erasmus University (Rotterdam) with both a Master in Private Law and the Toga Master.

 

She is driven and no-nonsense and her approach can also be characterised as such.

 

During her spare time, Esther can often be found enjoying nature. Taking beautiful trips energizes her.

 

Esther Grootscholten has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):

  • Tenancy law (Business space, Living space)

 

Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
