Erik Gierman

Erik Gierman has been a lawyer since 2002 and specialises in construction and property law with a particular focus on insurance legal issues arising within these fields. Because of his extensive litigation experience in civil courts and at various arbitration institutes, he is ideally positioned to advise both clients and contractors so that costly and time-consuming proceedings can be avoided.

Many insurers regularly call on his knowledge and skills to assist them in settling claims and proceedings in complex construction law and property-related matters.

In addition, Erik is a lecturer at the Institute for Construction Law (IBR) and is a member of the Construction Lawyers Association (VBR-a) and the Dutch Arbitration Association (DAA).
